Sun Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga is a harmonious and uplifting activity, harnessing the ancient discipline of yoga with the healing and restorative properties of water.
Yoga in water encourages the use of core muscles as we are constantly trying to keep balance as the water moves and supports us. This helps strengthen muscles, ligaments and tendons without strain. We use the breath to help focus mentally and move through the water with grace.
Sun Aqua Yoga is great for everyone, even if nervous in the water. It's especially good for;
- those with joint problems
- those recovering from injury or surgery
- seniors
- overweight
- pre and post natal women
- super-fit/athletes
