If you've tried the 10 day challenge and want to go deeper, then this four-week course, and our online community, will support you in doing the breath exercises daily so that you get the most benefit and progress. Better breathing can only come from your commitment to practice regularly. That's why this is a better option than a one day session where you love the exercises but rarely put them into practice.
