Oxygen Advantage Half or Full Day Masterclass
There are two pillars of performance breathing for exercise. Firstly we look at our normal, daily breathing to ensure it is efficient and adequate for our level of activity. Dysfunctional breathing is seen in at least 9.5% of the population, and perhaps up to 50% in athlete population. It's more likely in individuals prone to asthma or anxiety.

This morning workshop is designed to look at the basics of healthy breathing to address any issues that could restrict your enjoyment of exercise and performance in sport.
Once we've achieved good breathing, we can explore the benefits that Intermittent Hypoxic Training can have on our blood chemistry and physiology. This includes short breath-holds which simulate the effects of training at 1,740m altitude, without leaving the room!
Each workshop includes relevant Oxygen Advantage exercises and is followed by short talks on the science that explains the expected results. You'll take away an athlete booklet with instructions for all exercises to continue at home.
